My Story
You bet your sweet life I was not always this conscious about my health. Like many people, I have had issues with balance between work and life, and exercise. This meant that I had discovered that health is not a destination but a process. After practicing, reading and experimenting I was able to come up with effective motivational tips for rebuilding a healthy lifestyle and becoming fit & well – and I would like to tell you about them!
